Refund policy

At Qazi Cosmetic Center, all treatments, products, and appointments are reserved and prepared specifically for each patient. Refunds are limited, and eligibility depends on the category of the service purchased. By completing a purchase or booking, you agree to the following terms.

Category 1 Services (Minor Procedures & Injectables)

(Examples: Filler, Pico Laser, Morpheus8, and similar non-surgical treatments)

  • Refunds are available only if the appointment is canceled more than 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • If rewards or credits were used, the rewards portion is not restored, but the refundable portion may be returned based on these rules.

Category 2 Services (Surgical & Complex Procedures)

(Examples: Facelift, Liposuction, Rhinoplasty, advanced surgical services)

Because these procedures require extensive planning, operating room time, and medical allocation, the following rules apply:

Deposits

  • A deposit of $1,000 or 10% of the invoice (whichever is greater) is required.
  • This deposit is non-refundable.

14–7 Days Before Procedure

  • Canceling within this window results in a 50% cancellation fee of the total invoice (minimum $1,000).
  • This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Within 7 Days of Procedure

  • Canceling within 7 days results in a 100% cancellation fee of the invoice total.
  • This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Category 3 Services (Labs, Skincare, Follow-Ups, etc.)

  • Category 3 services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The only exception is a consultation canceled with 48 hours’ notice, which is refundable.
  • Once a consultation is completed, it is non-refundable.

Promotional & Sale-Priced Treatments

  • Promotional treatments, including Annual Sale purchases, are not eligible for refunds after purchase.
  • If the provider determines in writing that a patient is medically ineligible, the amount paid will be issued as a credit usable for up to 12 months.
  • Promotional credits are non-transferable.

Membership Fees (Quartz, Crystal, Sapphire)

  • All membership fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Product Returns

  • Unopened, non-prescription retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Opened skincare, cosmetics, or any item with broken seals/tags are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable after first use, and have no cash value.
  • Once any amount is redeemed, the card becomes permanently assigned to that patient.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds for cash-based payments are issued by check within 30 days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payer using the legally required method.
  • Patients are responsible for their own return shipping fees and duties if any.
