2. Get Your Appointment Reminders
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll start receiving confirmation and reminder notifications via email and text. These automated alerts will help ensure you never miss a step.
3. Submit Photos Before Your Consultation
To give Dr. Qazi a thorough understanding of your skin concerns ahead of time, our team will reach out a few days before your appointment asking for high-quality photos. For facial conditions, we typically request:
- One clear front-facing photo
- One from your left side
- One from your right side
If your concern is not facial (for example, back acne or body pigmentation), we’ll request images of those specific areas.
4. Fill Out Online Forms
Along with your photos, you’ll be asked to complete a set of online intake forms through our patient portal.
